Please join Flying SOLO as we celebrate the Month of Love. This month we will discuss what the Bible says about LOVE, and how we apply the biblical principle to bring to loving our children. When was the last time you really enjoyed a good  ole soul food meal? Well, mark your calendars for February 12, 2012 for our Annual Soul Food Day. Mama B and Papa Joe will have the pots boiling in the kitchen with greens and pig feet and of course hot water cornbread will be frying in the cast iron skillet. We would like for everyone to participate in this special event by bringing at least one soul food dish. Lunch will be served immediately after the 11am service.

You’re invited to the 3^rd Annual Mother and Daughter Tea, Saturday, March 3, 2012 from 10am-1pm at SMBC.  All mothers, daughters, and grandmothers are invited. If you do not have a daughter or a mother, adopt one and come and celebrate with us. In additional to being fed spiritually, there will be tea foods designed for adults and children. The tea is sponsored by the SMBC Women’s Mission and the Greater North Dallas Business and Professional Women’s club. Wear your Sunday casual, bring your favorite purse and be blessed.
