Our Leadership

Isiah Joshua Jr.
Senior Pastor

Pastor Isiah Joshua, Jr.Pastor Isiah Joshua, Jr., has been a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church for thirty years.  In 1994, after serving as an assistant to the Late Rev. C.S. Trimble, he was called to serve as Senior Pastor of Shiloh. The church has experienced spiritual, numerical, and financial growth under his anointed leadership. He leads with love and compassion for all mankind and is a pastor for all people. In fact, one visit to Shiloh qualifies you to become an adopted member.

Upon meeting Pastor Joshua, one can easily detect that he was an elementary school teacher and principal. He tends to communicate in a way that all can understand. This works to his advantage in preaching and teaching the gospel. He believes that knowledge is the key that opens the door to human spiritual growth and development.

Pastor Joshua credits all of his success to God and then to his wife. He and the Shiloh Church are blessed to have Lady Linda Joshua as First Lady. Together, they work as a team to meet the needs of the Shiloh family and greater community.  They strive to make Shiloh a place where community becomes family.

Ralph Halliway
Assistant To The Pastor

Rev. Ralph Halliway

Rev. Ralph Halliway has been the Assistant to the Pastor since 1995. There was a Damascus road experience (Acts 9:3-9) that took place in his life in March of 1988.  Every since then, his life has never been the same, because he was blinded in order to see his calling to the preaching ministry.  In the fall season of 1995, God opened a new chapter in his life when he joined Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church ministerial team.  God placed on the Senior Pastor’s heart the need of an assistant to help fulfill his role as the primary spiritual leader, vision caster, pastor, and teacher of the church.

His main objectives are to assist the Pastor by striving with him to evangelize to the lost and equip the saints for the work of the ministry, represent the pastor whether it is in the church or the community, serve the pastor by placing himself at his disposal, being ready to take directives from him, and encourage the pastor in the good and bad by being faithful in ministry responsibilities and letting him know at all times that he and his family are appreciated.

Rev. Halliway is originally from Shreveport, La.  He moved to Dallas, Texas in 1974 where he proceeded to have a career in the computer technology field as a Computer Manager and Software Engineering until 2001.  To God be all the glory for the directions of his life where “all things have worked together for good according to God’s purpose.”
