Minority Mental Health Awareness Weekly Devotional

SMBC Mental Wellness Devotional Series

July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness of mental health challenges within minority communities and encouraging access to support, education, and helpful resources.

In recognition of this important observance, Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church is continuing the conversation throughout Q3 2026 with our SMBC Mental Wellness Devotional Series. Each week, we're sharing biblical encouragement, practical wellness challenges, and trusted resources designed to strengthen our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

From managing stress and anxiety to navigating grief, building healthy relationships, practicing gratitude, and establishing healthy boundaries, we invite you to journey with us as we care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Healthy Minds. Strong Faith. Whole Living.
