Purchase of the study guide will be SATURDAY, AUGUST 29th from 12pm - 2pm in the Annex building. Cost of the guide is $11.00, and payment can be made with exact cash or personal check to SMBC Bookstore. Kickoff date to begin study is Saturday, September 19th from 10 am - 11am. More details will be forthcoming. We look forward to your being a part of this relevant and thought-provoking study.

Water, Cokes, and Chips Drive: We are collecting these items for our Homeless Brothers and Sisters. We really do need your donations. The hot temperature is causing dehydration for many of our Brothers and Sisters. Please drop off all donations at the church between 9am and 6pm (Wednesday & Thursday) and 9am-2pm (Friday).

Making It Count, Inc., Donation:  Shiloh made a donation to this organization this week. We discovered that there is a great need for our Homeless Brothers and Sisters to be able to get their clothes washed and dried at the nearby laundromat. We have provided detergent, dryer sheets, and the money for the machines. Prior to our donation, they were having to throw away their dirty clothes. Thanks to Rhonda Parker-Willingham, our member, for her servant’s heart. She does a phenomenal job of making sure that the needs of these Brothers and Sisters are being met. This is another example of your tithes and offerings at work.

School Backpacks and Supplies:  We donated 150 backpacks filled with school supplies. We still have 7 or 8 backpacks remaining. Call the church if you know of anyone in need. First come…first served…

Blessings Upon You:  I pray that all is well with you and that you are working to stay safe and healthy. Wear your mask, wash your hands and remember to observe social distancing. If you need me, I am just a phone call away. I am never too busy to take out time for you. My cell number is 972-740-0331.

A pastor for all people,
