Min. Victor Johnson

Victor C. Johnson, a native of Dallas, Texas, attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he majored in music education with a concentration in organ. While attending UTA, he served as student conductor of the university’s choral ensembles and opera workshop accompanist. From 2000-2018, he was the choral director at the Ft. Worth Academy of Fine Arts (FWAFA). At FWAFA, Victor served as the director of the Academy Singers, Academy Men’s Choir and Artistic Director of the Singing Girls of Texas and Children’s Choir of Texas.

As a composer, Victor has won numerous composition contests and has received ASCAP Awards for the past 15 years. His first piece was published in 1994, while he was a sophomore in high school. To date, he has over 300 octavos and choral products in the catalogs of Heritage Music Press, The Lorenz Corporation, Chorister’s Guild, Alfred Music, Shawnee Press, and Hal Leonard Corporation.

Victor has led reading sessions and choral workshops in numerous states and has conducted All-State and Regional Honor choirs in Texas, California, Georgia, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Oregon, Missouri, Kansas, Nevada, and Kentucky. His own choirs have performed at the Texas Music Educators Association Convention in 2011 and 2014 as well as the American Choral Directors Association- Southwest Division conference in March 2016.

Victor currently serves as Minister of Worship and Arts at Shiloh Baptist Church in Plano, Texas, a position he has held since 2007.
 
His professional affiliations include: American Choral Directors Association, Texas Music Educators Association, National Association for Music Education, Texas Choral Directors Association, ASCAP, and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, Inc.

Dr. Linda Broome

While working in the healthcare industry, Dr. Linda Broome studied Christian Counseling and earned a doctoral degree as a Christian Psychologist. Dr. Broome has dual bachelor degrees in Christian Education and Nursing, dual Master of Science degrees in Christian Psychology and Healthcare Administration. She is certified by the National Association of Healthcare Quality Board and the American Association of Christians Counselors as a Board-Certified Professional Christian Life Coach. She has written articles for the Kansas City Star, Nursing Management and Aspen Quality journals.

Dr. Broome recently published her first book in the format of an actual coaching session, “Your Thoughts and Words Matter,” and was recognized on the cover of Nursing Lounge Magazine for her pursuit of excellence as a nurse leader. Her work reflects her exploring and expanding the clients emotional, physical, and spiritual awareness through fulfillment/personal freedom.

Dr. Broome has spent a lifetime developing individuals and leaders as well as motivating teams and groups to perform at their optimum level. Positive results are the driving force that fuels her. She approaches life through the foundation of her belief in God and enjoys in her spare time, speaking, teaching, fishing, gardening, swimming, sports, and time with FAMILY.

She resides in Allen, Texas, with her husband Roosevelt Jr., daughter Tamika, two beautiful granddaughters, Destiny, Olivia and two fur babies Caesar/CC (Maltese) and Bentley/ Ben-Ben (Beagle).

Dr. Libin Abraham

Dr. Libin Abraham was born in Kerala, India, and spent most of his childhood in Chattanooga, TN. His passion for ministry began to take root under his parents, who have been serving in pastoral ministry his whole life. Libin received his M.Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary and his Ph.D. in Pastoral Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Stacey, have been married since 2014 and have three wonderful children, Avery and Liam, and Luke Matthew.

Libin serves as the Lead Pastor of Bent Tree Bible Fellowship in Carrollton, TX, where their mission is to experience and share the love of Jesus. Libin finds great joy in seeing individuals be called to Christ and sent to people.
