• Deacons Board Ministry - Serves the church family through Christ-like leadership, offering spiritual guidance, care, and support while assisting the pastor and fostering unity within the congregation.
• Deacons & Ministers Wives (DMW) Ministry - Made up of the wives of SMBC Deacons and Ministers, serves as spiritual leaders who support the Pastor and Deacons while assisting with Communion, Baptism, and the overall unity and growth of the church.
• Worship & Arts Ministries – Lead the congregation in worship through music, dance, or creative arts.
• Youth & Children's Ministry – Shape the next generation by serving in youth programs, children's church, or mentoring initiatives.
• Media & Communication – Help tell SMBC's story through digital media, video production, graphic design, and more.
• S.H.O.U.T. (Hospitality) – The Shiloh Hands of Unity Team creates a welcoming environment through greeting, ushering, and event coordination.
• Christian Education – Teach, mentor, or assist in Sunday School, Bible studies, and discipleship programs.
• Prayer Ministry – Support the church with intercessory prayer and spiritual guidance.
• Prison Ministry – Serving those incarcerated through outreach and spiritual guidance.
• Ushers – Providing hospitality and order during worship services.
• Parking Ministry – Offering assistance to ensure smooth arrivals and departures for members and guests.
• His Extended Hands Pantry – Meeting the physical needs of the community through food & clothing distribution.
• Bookstore Staff – Serving members by providing access to spiritual resources and materials.
• Audio/Visual – Enhancing the worship experience through technology, sound, and visuals.
• Information Technology (IT) – Supporting worship and church operations with technical infrastructure.
• Shiloh Health Ministry Team - Promotes health and healing to the SMBC Congregation and the Douglass community.
